Twin City C has become part of Prvý realitný fond portfolio

On August 18, 2026, its acquisition by Prvý realitný fond, managed by IAD Investments, was successfully completed. The fund is already active in the Twin City complex, and this transaction further expands its presence in this Bratislava business district.

Twin City C offers approximately 24,400 m² of leasable space and is part of an established office complex in the immediate vicinity of Bratislava’s new city center. The fund’s interest in another building in this location underscores its importance in the office real estate market.

Key factors in the acquisition included the building’s high occupancy rate and long-term lease agreements. TwinCity is becoming a fully electric building
